If you find that you need to return any item(s) for any reason - just follow these easy steps for a 100% merchandise store credit:
1) Please Contact Us Within Thirty (30) Days of Invoice Date so That We Can Provide You With a Return Number for Easier Tracking and Quicker Processing of Your Return
2) Item Must Be Returned in the Same Brand New Condition as Received. (With All Tags Intact, No Odors, Stretches or Marks)
3) Item Must Be Returned to Us Promptly (Postage / Insurance is at Your Expense) Package Must be Postmarked Within Seven (7) Days of Receiving Your Return Number.

Packages Received by Us Without RA# Listed on the Outside (or Not Returned in Timely Manner per Terms Above) Can Be Refused and Returned to You or May Be Accepted, at Our Discretion, and Subject to a Return Fee.

Packages That are Received Where Garments are Not Able to be Re-Sold Due to Odors, Stretches and Marks Will Be Accepted and Credit Given for Only Half (50%) of Their Purchased Value. If it is Able to be Re-Sold, Discount Equal to Markdown Will Apply.

You Can Shop Anytime to Choose Any Item as Normal and Apply Your Merchandise Credit On Any Current or Future Purchases as there is no time limit on when you can use your credit.
